shipping policy
We ship all dresses via FedEx for a flat rate of $50. All orders should be received within 7-14 days from the date the order was placed. Tracking information will be provided via email. Please ensure that gowns are shipped to a secure location. Buyer is responsible for the safety of the package and contents within.
If you are in the Minneapolis area, a curbside pickup from our production headquarters can be arranged. If you are interested, please email info@taralatour.com. Returns can also be arranged via curbside drop off. A restocking fee of $100 will still apply.
Currently, we are only shipping within the continental United States. If you are outside the US and are interested in purchasing a gown, please email us at info@taralatour.com. If an international purchase can be arranged, please expect additional shipping and duty charges as well as an adjusted return policy.
return & exchange policy
If you decide the gown that you ordered is not your jam, we do accept returns. Refunds will be provided for all merchandise that is returned the exact condition that it was received. The cost of shipping and a restocking fee of $100 will be deducted for the total refund. All returns must show no sign of damage and must be shipped no later than 2 days after they are delivered in order to receive a refund. No Exceptions. Final Sale items cannot be returned.
To return, simply contact us at info@taralatour.com and we will email you with a return shipping label. All packages can be dropped off at any FedEx location. Keep in mind that all of these steps must take place within our 2-day return window. We appreciate your diligence!
Once we receive the returned gown, it will undergo our quality check process. The item must be in the exact condition in which it arrived at your doorstep. The gown should be free of makeup and any additional marks or stains. (We have noted all pre-existing damage on the gown.) The gown must not have been worn, altered, or washed. Any tags must remain in place. When trying on the gown, please avoid contact with moisturizer, deodorant or makeup. Additionally, we recommend that you do not drag the train on unclean floors and keep the dress away from food, drink, and even pets and their dander. Keeping the gown in it’s bag and on it’s hanger ribbons is also best practice. Upon sending the gown back to us, please repack the gown as it was received; in the garment bag and folded gently in the box.
