All returns must show no sign of damage and must be shipped no later than 2 days after they are received in order to receive a refund. No Exceptions. Final Sale items cannot be returned. All gowns are shipped via FedEx for a flat rate of $50. All orders should be received within 7-14 days from the date the order was placed. Tracking information will be provided via email. Please ensure that all gowns are shipped to a secure location.
