Description: Our original Victory sample. Straight neckline with off-the-shoulder sleeves and a gathered silk chiffon skirt. Built-in structure. Bicep measures approx. 11.5” and has a slight stretch. Has a few small makeup stains on the bodice around the neckline and zipper. Crepe and chiffon have a few small snags that are barely visible. Some dirt along the hem. Just needs a good cleaning.
Refunds will be provided for all merchandise that is returned in the exact condition that it was received. The cost of shipping and a restocking fee of $100 will be deducted from the total refund. All returns must show no sign of damage and must be shipped no later than 2 days after they are received in order to receive a refund. No Exceptions. Final Sale items cannot be returned. All gowns are shipped via FedEx for a flat rate of $50. All orders should be received within 7-14 days from the date the order was placed. Tracking information will be provided via email. Please ensure that all gowns are shipped to a secure location.
