Refunds will be provided for all merchandise that is returned in the exact condition that it was received. The cost of shipping and a restocking fee of $100 will be deducted from the total refund. All returns must show no sign of damage and must be shipped no later than 2 days after they are received in order to receive a refund. No Exceptions. Final Sale items cannot be returned. All gowns are shipped via FedEx for a flat rate of $50. All orders should be received within 7-14 days from the date the order was placed. Tracking information will be provided via email. Please ensure that all gowns are shipped to a secure location.

If you are in the Minneapolis area, a curbside pickup from our production headquarters can be arranged. If interested, please email us at info@taralatour.com.
