Description: Our original Elliot sample. Scoop-neck bodice with a mermaid peak-panel skirt. Signature exposed horsehair hem. A couple of split seams, some makeup stains on the hip, and some slight snags and bubbles in the fabric. In need of some repairs and a good clean.
This dress is a final sale and ineligible for return.
Refunds will be provided for all merchandise that is returned in the exact condition that it was received. The cost of shipping and a restocking fee of $100 will be deducted from the total refund. All returns must show no sign of damage and must be shipped no later than 2 days after they are received in order to receive a refund. No Exceptions. Final Sale items cannot be returned. All gowns are shipped via FedEx for a flat rate of $50. All orders should be received within 7-14 days from the date the order was placed. Tracking information will be provided via email. Please ensure that all gowns are shipped to a secure location.
